The poem "Every Person Has a Name" deals with the individual. In my work, I addressed the fact that when individuals come together, they create a family, and many families together create a nation. If we learn to behave to each other like a big warm family, we will be able to create our nation. The Jewish people are distinguished from other nations when they observe Torah and Mitsvos, which is why I chose to depict the hands of each member of my family during the Havdala ceremony at the end of Shabbat. As we say in the prayer: " Blessed is He Who Distinguishes between the sacred and  the mundane… between Israel and nations…" Each hand symbolizes a person, who is a world unto themselves, and the combination of hands together  – create a light of unity that pierces every darkness.
