This work is a double quote: of Van Gogh's work from 1888 that quotes the work of Millet from 1850, of the sower in the field. I chose to paint half of the piece in strong colors in order to express the energy and liveliness that are in the process of planting, while the other side was left with only pencil, in order to express that the effort and hishtadlus are in our hands, and the result is beyond our achievement. The sun is dominant and fills the whole sky – on the colorful side it is a represents the energy of blossoming, and on the other side it gives an  image of the eye pupil that watches and monitors every detail in reality.
