Each person's fingerprint is unique, and no two fingerprints are identical from person to person. Unfortunately, in the tragic massacre of October 7th, individuals were identified by their fingerprints or the fingerprint marks they left in their homes. 

The fingerprint also symbolizes the unique, visual "name" of each person, as it says in the poem, "Every person has a name."
